Fall Baseball Program
Mission: To provide players 6th grade-12th grade an opportunity to get extra work on all areas of their game as well as consistent work on strength and conditioning/speed/agility. This program will not consist of any games or weekend commitments. There will be 3 days a week 90 min-2hour sessions at FCP indoors. The hope of this program is to allow more kids to take part in extra baseball work this fall without having to commit more time and games. We understand that some kids have had a lot of throwing in school and then summer seasons and it may be better to take time off of throwing and focus more in the weight room, arm care, and other areas of their game. 

Who: Players Grade 6- Grade 12 (no tryouts necessary this is an open enrollment)
When: We will begin right after labor day and go 2 weeks into October
Times: TBD (likely start times will be between 5pm/6pm and practices will run 1.5-2 hours 3 days a week)
Cost: $525 (If signed up Before July 1st)
